PoseMe reserves one credit before contacting the image model and consumes it when the model succeeds.

Failures are returned
If the provider rejects or fails before producing an image, the reserved credit returns automatically.

Is this a subscription?
No. The first PoseMe payment option is a one-time credit pack with no automatic renewal.
When are credits added?
Credits are added after Stripe confirms the payment to PoseMe through a verified server-to-server notification. The account page may take a few seconds to update.
What happens when a generation fails?
A credit is reserved before the external image provider runs. If the provider fails or rejects the request before returning an image, the credit is released back to your balance.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, subject to the PoseMe refund policy. Used credits are generally not refundable. Approved refunds remove the corresponding credits from your account.
